Positive Power and Influence® Virtual Program

Others habitually avoid challenging influence situations, at the expense of fulfilling their work goals. Learn how to meet your objectives and get work done while building relationships that will help you continue to be successful over time in our POSITIVE POWER AND INFLUENCE® Virtual Program.
From the comfort of your own office or home, The POSITIVE POWER AND INFLUENCE® Virtual Program will help you build an influence tool kit, develop flexibility in using different influence styles, develop emotional intelligence to remain objective in challenging situations, and the skills needed to work with others to construct and achieve positive outcomes. Additionally, you’ll learn to diagnose and plan for the different types of influence situations you encounter at work (and home!) and how to apply strategies to help you meet your influence objectives.
This virtual program is offered over 5 consecutive days through video technology. Each daily session is 3-hours in duration and offers participants multiple opportunities to practice the influence skills they’ll be learning. The program is a live, instructor-led training (not pre-recorded). Participants are expected to participate in small groups and partnered exercises and to complete an extensive 360-degree pre-program assignment. Participation is limited to 12 participants with a 1 to 6 trainer to participant ratio.
